How It Started
I’m Jonathan , founder, quiz host, and the one behind the mic making sure everything runs smoothly.
The Bucks Quiz started in a small, unexpected way. Like a lot of people, lockdown had me stuck at home, missing friends, family, and any sort of social life. So I did what any quiz-obsessed host would do. I fired up Zoom and started running online trivia nights.
It became a weekly highlight. Word spread. Friends invited their friends. It grew into something people genuinely looked forward to.
That’s where I got hooked on the idea of creating quiz nights that were not only fun, but also smart, interactive, and easy to join. No paper. No shouting answers across the table. Just a slick digital setup that works for all kinds of people and events.
Since then, I’ve taken The Bucks Quiz on the road hosting in pubs, village halls, private parties, and team-building events. It’s gone from Zoom sessions in my living room to packed-out quiz nights in real venues. And we’re just getting started.
